Return Policy And Procedure
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, 4CEE IT Solutions INC will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You may return merchandise purchased at 4CEE IT Solutions INC if it meets the guidelines below. Not all products are returnable.

You may return merchandise to a 4CEE IT Solutions INC within 30 days by mail to our return center. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
 
Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (4CEE IT Solutions INC maintains serial number and tracking)
Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely
NOTE: All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your product is received.

Manufacturer and Supplierr Restrictions?
Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent 4CEE IT Solutions INC from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products for any reason. You can find the manufacturer or suppliers contact information in your product manual, in the item listing, on the manufacturer's website.

30-Day Return Period?
Thirty days from the date merchandise was purchased, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
Exceptions

The following items are not returnable:

Labor and/or installation services
Consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges, blank media, projector bulbs, etc)
Items that are abused (see important note below)
Software (OS, video games, DVD's, and similar items, once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened)

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. Products labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Personal Data?
Please remove all personal data (e.g., computer data, videotapes, images etc.), from any returned products. 4CEE is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee?
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item?

If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.

Non-qualified returns and Restocking Charges?
Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in 4CEE IT Solutions INC return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at 4CEE IT Solutions INC’s sole discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event the product is being returned does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If 4CEE IT Solutions INC, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item.
